|Recommended: YesPeaceful, Safe, Oasis — I love living here The rent pricing is excellent to me because the security cameras, a lot of outside lighting, outdoor and inside ceiling fans, landscape cleaned trash dumped twice a week, maintance issues handled very fast, onsite clean and cheap laundry area, maintained outdoor swimming pool, Mr. Philips is a working property manager, he answers calls quickly and worker cleaning grounds and apartments, they repaint parking lot lines and pavements. In process of building a gym and another laundry area. They manage this property far past 5 star rating
